Masters of the Universe Online: Runs for 2 weeks
There will be 3 workouts released. Workouts may include more than one part, and sometimes result in more than one scoring opportunity per WOD.
Workouts will be released onto our Facebook page. These will include weight requirements and movement standards for each age division.
All participants have two weeks to complete the workouts and submit their scores. Scores must be submitted no later than 12pm on submission day for scores to count.
All parts of the workouts must be competed on the same day. This is an honesty system so we ask that you follow the rules to be fair to fellow athletes. All Top 20 Athletes in each division will be required to send a random video selection of a WOD to validate scores. If you are found to have breached the rules, you will automatically be disqualified from the competition.
Workouts are required to be judged. WOD proof and YouTube video urls will be accepted.
To be eligible to enter this competition, athletes must be the minimum age of their category or above by the 30th December 2019. A copy of Id will be required from all top 20 athletes in each division.
35-39yrs / 40-44yrs / 45-49yrs / 50+
Leader board & Prizes:
At the end of the online qualifiers the top athlete of each division will receive their share of R1000 (R500 male / R500 female). Prize money may increase or decrease based on the number of entries per division, and will only be based on acceptance and payment to the Final in 2019 (The date of final to be confirmed).

RELEASE: 5th February 2019
SUBMIT: 16th February 2019
Date: End June/July 2019
*Masters of the Universe reserves the right to cancel the Final competition based on the number of athletes accepting invitations to the finals. Masters of the Universe will also allocate additional invites based on invites turned down to athletes in each category to try ensure a finals.
Final prize money is set at R10 000 per division, however this will again be subject to the number of athletes accepting and competing the final event.
