Athletic skill levels

 

 

Progressing:

1. All members start on Level 1

2. To progress through the levels, you need to be assessed by a coach

3. Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month will be ‘Open Gym’ where you can work on the required skills or get assessed by a coach to move up to the next level.

 

For assessments:

1. Please arrange beforehand to be assessed by a coach

2.  Please print the required level and bring it with you to your assessment (this will be kept at the box)

3. Once you have started your assessment for a certain level, you have a period of 1 year to complete it
