About us

CrossFit Brooklyn is a family-run CrossFit affiliate and functional fitness training facility centrally and conveniently located between the suburbs of Brooklyn and Groenkloof in Pretoria. Our qualified and experienced coaches are dedicated to teaching the correct CrossFit technique, sharing the genuine passion and respect they have for fitness and the sport of CrossFit, and helping people reach their goals. Our coaches are fitness enthusiasts themselves and live what they teach (and preach!).

When you join our gym, you join a community. A community that lifts you up and cheers you on when you think you can’t go any further. We look forward to welcoming you into our community.

Getting started

All our classes and workouts are structured to accommodate both “traditional” CrossFit movements and scaled-down functional fitness (what we call BFit) exercises that anybody can do!

As a beginner to CrossFit, you will start with our BFit programme through our integrated process. This means that you will be doing the BFit workouts with members of different abilities. With our fun, high-intensity workouts you will learn the different movements and techniques to start your journey to become fitter, stronger and faster.

As your fitness, ability and confidence improves, you can start trying the more technical CrossFit movements under the watchful eye and attention of our experienced and caring coaches.

In every class, you are guided and assisted by the coach to make sure you get the most out of every workout. Our classes and programming cater for the absolute beginner to the more advanced athlete.
