Pull-up Practice and Technique

**Athletes must complete 10 unbroken strict pull ups in order to do kipping pull up practice and 15 unbroken kipping pull ups in order to practice butterfly pull ups. IE: if you want to do butterfly practice, first complete (in front of your coach) 10 strict pull ups and then 15 kipping pull ups



4 RFT:

  • 10 Front Rack Lunges (60/40kg)
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 200m Run
